Description

Basic parameters: 0 - 0.6 MPa, dial diameter 60mm. Installation thread M14*1.5.

Specification model: Anti-vibration pressure gauge YTN-60

Functional features:

  1. The instrument is suitable for copper and steel alloy without corrosion. The usage environment includes vibration or pulsating pressure, but it does not solidify, does not solidify, has low viscosity for liquids or gases, etc.
  2. Before installation, check whether the model, specification and accuracy grade of the instrument meet the usage requirements, and also check whether the instrument and the installation interface thread are consistent.
  3. Select the appropriate wrench and torque to install and fix the instrument. Do not forcefully twist the instrument shell.
  4. The upper limit of the instrument's use should not exceed 3/4, when measuring fluctuating pressure, the upper limit should not exceed 2/3. The minimum pressure in both cases should not be lower than 1/3 of the upper limit.
  5. The working environment temperature and measurement medium temperature of the instrument are: filled with glycerol is -5 to 55°, filled with silicone oil is -25 to 55°. The environmental vibration frequency should not exceed V.H.4. If the working environment and medium temperature exceed, please specify when placing an order.
  6. The instrument should be installed vertically, the inclination angle should generally not exceed 30°, strive to keep the same level as the measurement point to avoid indication errors.
  7. When using the instrument, cut off or make a small hole on the top rubber plug of the instrument to make the internal pressure of the instrument and the external pressure consistent.
  8. When using the instrument, slowly open or close the valve to allow the pressure to rise and fall slowly, avoid sudden pressure rise and fall to damage the instrument.
  9. The instrument should avoid being used in places with strong oxidants such as oxygen, chlorine, nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide, to avoid chemical reactions with the liquid inside the instrument.
  10. The instrument should be regularly inspected or maintained as required.
  11. The instrument should be stored in a dust-proof, dry and non-corrosive environment.
